Hansa Toys probably make the best true to life, soft sculpture beaver there is for it's price. This beaver is beautifully detailed including it's webbed paws, huge flat handstitched tail and two protruding teeth. Each animal comes complete with it's own hang tag with information detailing some of the habits and lifestyle behaviour of the beaver.
It is amazing to think that, until recently, beavers were extinct here in the UK. Thanks to a multi millionaire financing the re-introduction of the European beaver, it is hoped that they will once again return to our rivers.
