Well know in Charlie Bear circles, Charlie used to carry a hot water bottle in a cover, around with her when she was a child.  Here is her modern take of that hot water bottle.  The soft cotton cover has a pocket for a small bear which is detachable and baby safe.  The hot water bottle is supplied.
