Joe is just one of those pandas which has been a favourite style ever since Charlie first introduced the look.  Semi-hard packed, Joe has an off-white thick fur around his head and body with a contrasting white-tipped, rich brown dense fur on his arms, legs and ears.   A white organza ribbon and a single bell attached to a knotted cord necklace complete the style.
