Returns Policy   
Goods are accepted for credit or exchange if they are returned to us in their original condition, within seven days of receipt. We advise you to return your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery and ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods. Please complete the returns form and send the goods to:

Curtis Brae are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of information supplied by our customers. Your credit card details are communicated directly using 128bit SSL encryption. The security of the connection will be confirmed by the presence of the padlock icon in the lower right hand corner of your browser.

Privacy Policy   
All personal details entered by our customers are encrypted in transit, as we are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Collected information is used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We do not supply or sell customers' details to any outside organisation.

Postage & Packaging   

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom

Postage & Packing is charged as follows:

• Orders up to £15.00, we charge £1.50;
• Orders from £15.00 up to £75.00, we charge 10% of the total order price;
• Orders of £75.00 and above, we charge a flat rate of £7.50 of the total order price.

Orders under £75.00 are sent First Class Post via the Royal Mail;  Orders over £75.00 are sent Signed Receipt.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom

This website is currently set for UK Orders only and in Sterling.

We can send orders outside the UK, however, there will be an additional charge made to cover increased postal charges.  This charge will not appear on your order screen neither will it appear in any order confirmation email you receive from us.

You should be aware that the following additional charges will be added to the Postage and Packing charge quoted on your order screen and email confirmation and charged against your credit/debit card account.

Deliveries to Europe:

Orders under £25.00  Please add £2.50.  Orders for £25.00 and above  Please add £4.00.

Deliveries to the United States:

Orders under £25.00  Please add £3.50.  Orders for £25.00 and above  Please add £5.00.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom, United States and Europe:

Please email us for a quote.

We use the Post Office for all deliveries.
