Delivery Information

United Kingdom

All orders for UK delivery are subject to a £4 minimum postage charge.

As from 2nd April 2013, Royal Mail introduced a new scale of charges for parcels to be posted. With the reduction in permitted size of a small parcel, most products on our website are now classed as medium sized parcels and this has increased the delivery charges. All default delivery charges shown on the checkout page reflect the cost of postage for a medium sized parcel, however, if your order is such that a small parcel rate can be used, we will adjust the cost accordingly and advise you by email.

Your order should arrive within 7 days and may require a signature on receipt. We use the Royal Mail Postage Services for all orders in this instance.

Special Delivery - next day delivery is available for delivery by 1 pm. Please order by midday Monday - Thursday; we regret we cannot deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

At certain peak times of the year such as Christmas or during Royal Mail industrial disputes, we strongly recommend that you select the Special Delivery service to ensure swift and safe delivery. This particularly applies to delivery addresses inside London.

Overweight, bulky or high value items
Additional postage surcharges are attached to some items. These surcharges will be added to your basket before checking out and these items are noted as such in their copy.

Overseas

We deliver worldwide by small packet airmail (either with or without a signed for service) or AirSure where applicable. The following postage and insurance charges are applied by default when you select your location to be delivered to:

Eire - £9.00
Europe & BFPOs - £12.00
USA/Canada - £20.00
Rest of World - £20.00

The default postage charge is a guide only. The final postage and insurance charge applied will be subject to the following:

Outside the EU the Value Added Tax (VAT) element of the order total will be deducted from the postage charge to be applied.
For some heavier items further additional charges may be added. We will advise you separately if this is the case.

Outside the EU you may have to pay local import duties.

Returns & Refunds

We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not live up to your expectations.
Please return the item to us unused and in its original packaging for an immediate refund or exchange.

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returns

Simply telephone or email us within 7 days of receiving your delivery to advise us of any problem or that you wish to return any of the goods.
Enclose details of your name and address inside your parcel and return it to us. Please don't forget to affix the correct postage to the package.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for any returned items as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

We are sorry, but we can only action a refund or replace the item once the original parcel has been received by us. Refund of any return postage will be at the discretion of Curtis Brae.

The currency conversion facility is a guide only. We process payments in GBP only, your issuing bank will convert this sum into the local currency at the time they receive it at the Interbank exchange rate applicable.

Pricing

Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.
